  • Alpro Hazelnut Milk

  • 3 Tsp. Peanut Butter

  • 4Oz. Chicken breast grilled 
  • Lettuce 
  • Tomato
  • 1 tsp. 0% fat cream cheese 
  • Egg white of a boiled egg + half boiled egg yellow 
  • Red pepper 
  • Sesame seeds 

Meal

  • Protein Bar 
  • 5 Dates 
  • 1/2 Apple 

Meal

  • Chicken Soup 

Meal 5 

  • 6 Dates 
  • Muller Mousse Yoghurt 
  • 1/2 pot Greek Yoghurt with 1 tsp. oats 1tsp. Honey 

  

Meal 6 

  • Fish with Cauliflower Mash 
  • 1 tsp. peanut butter
