On My Serving Tray 

So as some of you who follow me on social media know, it’s my sons Christening in exactly 4 weeks. So as well as all the planning, the drama I decided to embark on a knew #EATCLEAN cutting regime. This is the perfect timeframe with a foreseeable goal in sight!

A 4 week countdown to start seeing some differences!

DAY 2 

Meal

 

On my serving tray: 

  • Pukka Detox Tea

On my serving tray: 

  • Water 
  • Freshly cut tomatoe sprinkled with oregano 
  • One egg + one egg white, onions, mushrooms. 

Meal

  • Milk & Egg Bar (1/2) 
  • 3 Tsp. Peanut Butter 
  • 1/2 Tub 0% fat Cottage Cheese with 1 Tsp. Honey 

  

Meal

  

On my serving tray: 

  • 4Oz. Chicken breast grilled with paprika 
  • Sweet potato + Violet potatoes 
  • Side salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber) 

Meal

  • 3 Tsp. Peanut Butter 
  • 1/2 Tub Cottage Cheese with 1 Tsp. Honey 

Meal

  • 0% fat Greek Style Yoghurt with flax seeds, chia seeds, desiccated coconut, honey.

  • 1 Banana, 1 Apple (fruit salad) with Honey.
