The 21 day Cardio challenge!

So today I decided I need to torch more fat before I continue building muscle, and I want to be fitter than I am, so as of today 02/04/2013 I am starting the 21 day cardio challenge! Which means for the next 21 days I will be doing at least one hour of cardio minimum, ON TOP of my workout!

So on this post I am posting a picture of what I currently look like, the next picture I will post will be on 23/04/2013, and see the effects of this on my body!! Totes sooo excited to start this! If anyone else wants to try this also and send me pictures before and after the 21 days then please feel free!
