#4 purely workout of the day

So today it’s just simply a workout update for the girls who asked!  As I’ve just come from the gym and I’m totally knackered so short post today! 
So first I did 20 mins intense cardio on the bike
Obliques workout 2 sets of 10 reps
Inner and outer thighs on the abductor machine 3sets of 10 reps on BOTH inner and outer thighs! 
Hanging ab crunches x 20
And lastly just singer free weights (my body was sore from tae bo this morning and the intense work out last night)
Hopefully for all you girls my workout is going good for you too!!!
